How to reach CS Radar support by email or Discord, what to include so we can help on the first reply, and where billing questions go.
Live chat is the main way we talk to customers, and it is the quickest answer for anything short. The chat widget sits in the bottom corner of every page on this site, so you can open it from wherever you already are.
Start a live chat. If nobody is online it takes a message instead, and we answer that the same way we answer email. Some ad blockers block the widget outright; if the button above opens your email client, that is what happened, and the address below reaches us just as well.
Write to [email protected]. Use this for anything that needs a written record, a purchase, a refund request, or a license moved to a new machine, and use it if you would rather not open a chat at all. We aim to reply within 24 hours.
The CS Radar Discord is the place for setup help, questions about a specific map or match, and talking to other players. It is the quicker option for a back-and-forth, because a setup problem usually takes two or three questions to pin down.
Do not post your license key in a public channel. Anyone who sees it can attempt to bind it to their own machine, and a key binds to the first hardware ID that activates it.
Support questions get answered on the first reply far more often when the message already contains the following:
Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which is the merchant of record and the seller named on your receipt. Invoices, receipts, tax questions and payment-method problems are handled by them, and their order confirmation email links straight to your order.
Refund requests should come to us first at [email protected]. Read the refund policy before sending one: CS Radar is a digital product delivered on purchase, so refunds are limited to cases where it cannot be delivered or does not work.
A license binds to the hardware ID of the first PC it is activated on and cannot be transferred by you. If you have rebuilt or replaced that machine, email us with the address you purchased under and describe the change. We do not guarantee a transfer, but this is the only route to one.
The setup guide covers installation, antivirus exclusions, running as Administrator, activating a license, and opening the radar on a second device, and it answers most first-time questions on its own. The release notes list what changed in each build if something behaved differently after an update.
