Refund Policy

The short version

CS Radar is a digital product. Your license is issued and your download unlocked the moment your payment clears, so there is nothing to return. We do not offer discretionary refunds for a change of mind. We do refund when CS Radar cannot be delivered to you, or when it does not work and we cannot make it work.

Who you are buying from

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy is the seller named on your receipt and it handles the payment, the invoice and any tax. Its own terms apply to the transaction alongside this policy, and where the two differ on a point Lemon Squeezy controls as merchant of record, theirs govern.

When we will refund

• We could not deliver. Your payment cleared but no license was issued, or the download could not be provided, and we cannot resolve it.
• It does not work and we cannot fix it. CS Radar fails to run or fails to produce a radar on a supported setup, you have worked through the setup guide with us, and we cannot get it working within a reasonable period.
• Duplicate payment. You were charged twice for the same license.

In these cases we refund the full amount you paid to the original payment method. Your license is revoked at the same time.

When we will not refund

• You changed your mind, stopped playing Counter-Strike 2, or no longer want the software.
• You bought the wrong duration, or bought a second license by mistake after activating the first.
• You activated the license on a PC you no longer use. A license binds to the hardware ID of the machine that activates it, which is stated before purchase and again on first launch.
• You did not read the requirements. CS Radar runs on Windows and needs a license that is currently active. The setup guide is published in full, before purchase, precisely so that you can check.
• Your license was revoked for a breach of the Terms of Service, including sharing or reselling a key. Revocation for breach carries no refund.
• Your Counter-Strike 2 or Steam account was actioned by Valve. Nothing about our software's design is a guarantee against that, as the VAC and anti-cheat page and the Terms of Service both set out, and we do not refund on that basis.
• The license expired. Terms are sold for a fixed number of months, stated at checkout, and expiry is the end of the term you bought rather than a fault.

Asking for a refund

Email [email protected] from the address you purchased with, and include your order number from the Lemon Squeezy receipt and a description of the problem. We aim to reply within 24 hours. If we agree a refund, Lemon Squeezy processes it; how long it then takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer, not on us.

Please raise a problem with us before opening a chargeback with your bank. A chargeback freezes the order while it is investigated, which means we cannot refund you directly even when we would have refunded you, and it revokes the license immediately.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy removes or limits rights you have under the consumer law of your own country that cannot be waived by agreement. Where you have a statutory right of withdrawal for digital content, the conditions attached to it, including any consent to immediate delivery given at checkout, are presented to you by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record at the point of purchase. If you believe you have such a right, say so in your email and we will deal with it on that basis.

Changes

We may revise this policy. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published on the date you bought, shown at the top of this page.
